Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item need to have an invoice or proof of purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products
In the event you receive a defective, non-functional or damaged item, store.homelandsafes.com will replace the item at absolutely no cost to you and pay for the shipping of the new item to the buyer and the return of the defective, non-functional or damaged product back to our facility.

Buyer must return the defective, non-functional or damaged item unless instructed to do otherwise.

If an item turns out to be non-defective upon receipt, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or other method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us before the item is shipped to receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel an order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for returning the item to us.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
